Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
